First day or two is the evaluation where they weed out the people they "don't want to invite to the training".  It is a pretty rigorous series of tests. (Estimating, typing, math, comprehension, material identification, policy comprehension etc.)  If they let you stay after that it is training on Allstate's system (NexGen) and Training for MSB Integriclaim.  Its a pretty good class if you make the cut.

Thanks for the info. I'll be there taking it on the 21st. I worked for them for 8 years and they still look like the best busiest company around.

Their human resource people are very helpful even as to where the best food is found. I am looking forward to getting back into the business.

    do you work for them??

Not yet.  I went through their evaluation in the spring.  I also just went back and got State Farm Cert.  I worked CATs last year for another company and I am working day claims in and around the memphis area right now.
