Whether a new adjuster or an old timer, what resources would you like to find here on CADO which aren't here now?
You're just starting out or you're out on assignment, and you have a question that you can't seem to find an answer to. How can CADO help provide you with those answers?
What are the questions that are not being addressed?
What improvements can be made to improve access or to provide quicker answers?
Please put on your thinking caps and let's have a creatve brainstorming session here to see if we can make this a more worthwhile valuable site while providing you with the tools and resources you need.

I would like to see a discussion on scoping. How the individual adjuster does their scopes.
I know everyone has a view on this, some are more efficient and know what works.
When using price lists from suppliers or data bases, list the sources. I would like to start a directory. Sort of a yellow page directory on a CD. Almost everyone has a web site, I think that would be a valuable tool. This would be a back up.
The latest threads have alot of valuable info. Actual stories and events, are not just interesting, they open my eyes to many solutions to problems and what ifs.
It also introduces us to the person behind the post. Maybe we can become a kinder and friendlier bunch.
I am open to anything in the way of coverage or handling claims. A little humor is OK too.

Newt, if you will email me I will email you a scope sheet. It is something I put together for flood. Anybody else that wants a copy just email me.
Also, I frequently take a computer into the risk and write the estimate on site. |
