Well then, do you know your way around the new ISO HO 2000 homeowners policy forms with over 75 fundamental and not so fundamental policy changes? If not, then like me, you need to get up to speed.

And here's a way to help you do that:

For those cat adjusters who need a "refresher course" in the policy langauge changes from older policies to the new HO 2000 Forms, I am enclosing a link to the Florida Association of Insurance Agents website which does an excellent job in helping us to wade through the 75 policy language changes which many of us probably haven't been exposed to within the past couple of years due to a dearth of storm activity.

Please link to the FAIA website as enclosed to make sure you have the latest road map to claims adjusting in today's industry environment.
