I am a property adjuster who is currently working as an Independant for one of the larger national firms. Recently, this firm decided to discontinue operations in my area and several others. My experience is limited to just a few years in the industry. I was initially trained to do cat work and kind of fell into the daily side. Work has been steady and money good. Now, with this change I am left sort of hanging in the wind as to what direction to go. Getting into the position that I held was not an easy or cheap task, and I am wondering...do I have to start over from scratch? What would any of you recommend? Are there companies out there that are known to use guys with only a few years experience? I am at the bottom of several cat rosters, but as you know it will take "the big one" for any of them to pick up the phone. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. |

Contact the current sponser. Talk to Bob McRorie. He will give new adjusters a chance. He may have some every day claims in your area.
