I understand the theory of utilizing a copyright. I also understand the pitfalls and the expenses involved in attempting to utilize the legal system.

What I would like is for an adjuster who has successfully or unsuccessfully pursued this remedy to post their experiences for all to read.

I guarantee that it will be a long narrative, win or loose.
