Status: offline 		John Greason of Arlington, Texas passed away on Thursday, December 8, 2005.  He had a contracting background before working for Pilot Catastrophe for several years.  I met John on the CADO site and he was a very good friend, which I was able to tell him on Thursday prior to his passing when his wife, Jackie called me around 1:30 PM.  John could not speak, but she put the phone to his ear.  John was very "computer literate" and helped me many times when we were both working on the east coast of Florida.

John was diagnosed with liver cancer this past summer.  He is survived by his wife, Jackie, and a son and daughter in their teens.  I have no details as to the funeral arrangements at this time.

 John was a very good friend to my husband and I for several years.  He helped us out tremendously in many storms.  We had kept in contact with John throughout his illness, but it was still a shock to learn of his death.  We will miss him very much. 
We were just in Daytona Beach with John staying down the road only last year.  He would come over to visit some evenings and we would all sit and have some laughs.
He was a great family man and a good friend.  Please keep his family in your prayers.
