Home base: West Palm Beach, FL
Status: offline 		I am finding several houses here in Palm Beach County with mulitple layers of roofing. Is anyone else encountering this and how are you estimating it.

I asked one roofer that I ran into at a insured home he said they are charging $50 a sq extra to remove the layers + dump fees.

How may layers do we add to the estimate????

Help I have a few of these.

Every company handles this scenario differently.
Each case needs to be handled on an individual basis.
It is important to also do research on possible prior losses before making an educated decision.
