They are trying to help but with all the bureaucratic BS it is still a hassle for the home owners to know what to do!! Do I gut it out and stop further damage or am I wasting my $$ as it is due to be bulldozed anyway. What a train wreck. I hope for everyones sake these folks can get a solid answer for some sort of closure.

Those are very good thoughts Michael. I think everyone just needs some form of closure too. Everyone,- homeowners, govenment officials, FEMA, adjusters, contractors, relief workers and all others working and/or living in this mess are all tired and want to go home-where ever that may be. Charles, thank you for the article as well. It seems like a means to an end. Hopefully it will end soon.

To me it sounds like a plan only if the Big money comes back, if not the little guy in every
state except the gulf. Takes a Big Bite again
