How do I post a small picture with my mail?

Click "Post Reply"- not "Fast Reply".
Then, click on the "Click here to upload!" link. You will then have the option to browse for the picture/document file that you wish to upload. Another option is you can choose to embed it in your post or just leave the file to appear as an attachment (paperclip symbol).
