Status: offline 		I have been helping my father-in-law with his claims.  Mostly doing the computer end. I was told today when claims were rejected for "not following guidelines" that in the 3 day training class that my father-in-law, husband and brother-in-law attended a 6 page book was handed out called a side bar for Louisiana. Somehow not one of my team received that. When contacting direct to the company I was told they could not locate it at this time. Requesting anyone's help if they might have this to please email me @ mneds@yahoo.com. I have searched this site hoping to find info. pertaining to it all to no avail. Begging someone to take pity on me and respond.
