Can someone that uses Xactimate tell me what it shows (Lake Charles LA) for Removal AND Replacement of .032" Colored Aluminum Metal Roofing. I have a PA telling me that Xactimate is showing him over $8.00/sf, which I know is bull-oney. I just want to tell him what the price in Xactimate actually is and put a stop to his story telling.

My price list for Xactimate only lists metal roofing by the grade (average, premium, standard). If you have colored aluminum I believe that would classify as premium. My price list for the Miami area which has probably already been outdated. Remove/Replace $7.77 sf

Simsol price for r/r .32 colored finished aluminum roofings sheets is 3.95 for the high price and 3.59 db cost.

Xmate 11/18 /05 update Contractor profile Lake Charles LA
Prem 6.14 R&R /sf This is panel only
Note* dmo labor was changed to roofer on remove
Panel Material in program is 1.00/sf you may want to double check at a local supply house if this is real. or indeed lq&k.
wonder how many different prices you will end up with?
