I have been in this game for 37 years. Worked for local company, national company and owned my own company. If what I see working in the field, after having been certified, is the industries answer to super adjusting, then I am appalled at what I see. Certification is OK, but experience is the best teacher. No one should be penalized with certification. You are entitled to work for whom ever wants you and is willing to pay what you are worth. Value is worthless without product.
