Status: offline 		Well, I would like to hear this gripe. He is truly barking up the wrong tree. Like I and others have stated before, we pay per the policy and carrier guidelines. The CEO's and other higher ups of the carriers could truly care less about the gripes of a South Texas roofer.

I understand it can be frustrating dealing with some carriers, especially rookie staff adjusters. However, that is not the case in the majority of members here. We treat insureds, roofers, and contractors with professional courtesy even though we often times don't get it in return.
