A couple of thoughts on electronic signitures.
If your estimatiing software allows custom logos, why not a file with your signiture. One can sign a piece of paper then scan it in.

Adobe makes a professional version of Acrobat that is quite reasonable in price. With it you can do a lot more things with including compressing files. I regularly do a newsletter of four pages mostly type that starts out at 1.8 megs and ends up 350 k. A lot faster to download and print.

I frequently photograph insureds photos as well as receipts, owners manuals and many other printed matrials.  Most often with theft claims.  I find this to be a valuable tool of a camera that has the capability for macro shots.

Just a comment on taking a photo of receipts on theft claims...we were alway told to take the original receipts and stamp them received on company stamp so they couldn't be used again on another claim..if the items are gone they should have no reason to be asking for them back. If they want them back for filing a tax loss, etc atleast they are stamped by the insurer to prevent them from being reused. Just a thought about leaving them unmarked with an insured.
