Chat was really fun last nite. Believe it or not there was some very informative industry related discussions. Notice I did not say intelliegent.
Highest count was approimately 15 at one time. I am still not giving up.
Remember INs and OUTs do not count, you have to have STAYING power.

Since there were no objections to posting the names of the chatter last evening, here are the chatters who graced the chat room and contributed to a real fun time.

Chat was awesome last nite.
Total was 24. Not 30, but we are getting there. I will not give up.
We had a great time with insurance chat and there was even a few worthwhile jokes.
So if you want to tell a joke, vent your frustrations, or just belly up to the bar and listen, we will be waiting.

After reading all the suggestions to future cat adjusters, I thought I would add something that I have learned during my short time here. I have spent a significant amount of time in chat and here are the some of the benefits.
Combined years of knowledge. Think of it this way, you are in class taught by 10+ instructors sharing first hand experience, as well book knowledge.
Global knowledge from adjusters all over the world. I had the pleasure of chatting with an adjuster from the UK as well as adjusters who have worked varying regions of the US.
Various backgrounds, you never know if you are chatting with an agent, CEO, hiring managers, or recruiters. Now where else can you get the benefit that degree of knowledge in one room.
One on One attention, imagine having your issue, question, or concern addressed by adjusters who have been there done that and they can tell you what is legal, acceptable and help keep you out of hot water.
Tools to use. What works best, the most economic, and their experience in using them. This will save you $$ in the long run.
Software. I cannot say too much about this tool. You will get the benefit of varying differences of the SW, how they are similar, quality of tech support, the systems needed to run the SW.
I saved the best for last
Networking from home. I have had the pleasure of meeting/chatting with
Mango, SteveS, tn, Gale, erthwnd&fire, rking, mnadj, catadj, wscook, mat, RKM, RobertV, trader, kds, Dimechimes, olderthandirt, (sp) tiwiii, robb, jgood, CS, GlenST, djack, clay, dmcart, linloy, and JimF.
That is 23 people I chatted with in one evening. Yes sometimes it is time consuming, but I look at it as a tution free class from the comfort of my recliner with a beverage of choice in hand.
And yes we cut up a bit, after all, adjusters will be adjusters.
Belly up if you dare.
