I was told I needed to use my Side Bar for Louisiana to determine clean up time on my claims. I was not supplied with this and when I requested it I was told the company can not locate it at this time. There are several of us that have kept in close contact with each other since the 3 day training where we were supposed to have been supplied with this side bar, yet none of us received it. Tried searching this site to see if anyone had posted it but nothing pulls up. Requesting someone to take heart and email me if you have it. mneds@yahoo.com

Amanda; there are probably at least a few hundred IA vendors and just as many carriers that you could be working for. So, WHAT the heck are you talking about? What you have just done is like riding a bike over to the auto parts house and telling the counterman that your car is broke and you need a part to fix it, without giving him the year, make, model!

Sorry! I see what you mean by being to vague. Not thinking clearly with a 5 month old, 4 yr old and 5 yr old screaming in your ear. Company is Encompass ins. They say the side bar is the one from Allstate. We are working the Louisiana Katrina claims damaged by Wind. Is this enough info.? If not please help as I am a banker not an adjuster, just doing this to help father-in-law and honestly going insane trying to learn all this. I am trying to get these claims closed as customers are getting perturbed being so long without their checks. Any help out there?

Amanda; you must be working for Pilot Catastrophe. They would have assigned you a TA (field manager) Call him first; if he can't or won't help you then call your Pilot admin manager. If all of that fails, call Mobile, explain your situation to the switchboard operator. Pilot will help. Promise.
