This is nothing more than a fishing expedition.  It wouldn't be news if an insurance company paid a claim or an independant or staff adjuster went that extra mile to help an insured.  But when a couple of A couple of sisters who feel that they got the raw end of some deal and now they..

--- "have turned over thousands of internal company documents and their own detailed statement to the FBI and Mississippi state investigators. In an exclusive interview with ABC news, to be broadcast on 20/20 -- Watch 20/20 tonight at 10 --and World News, the Rigsby sisters say they saw "widespread" fraud at the State Farm offices in Biloxi and Gulfport, Miss.  "Katrina was devastating, but so was State Farm," says Cori Rigsby.
At one point, they say State Farm brought in a special shredding truck they believe was used to destroy key documents. ---

Hey I know, let's throw some vague charges out there, that have been made by a couple of "WHISTLE BLOWERS" (watch out, new media catch phrase), and it we can bring up our ratings by slaming someone else.  It doesn't matter if it is true or not, it just matters that I can take a story and make a conspiracy out of it to get people to watch our show.  Remember, nobody did anything right during the 05 Hurricane season except Gov. Blanco and Mayor "Where's the Bus" Nagin.

As a matter of fact, come to think of it, I think I do remember Elvis at the CAT office shredding papers until the wee hours of the morning.

I worked Katrina claims for State Farm in the Biloxi wind office. I was there from Day 1 and never saw or heard anything that would lead me to believe that these allegations could be true.  Sounds to me like these sisters are looking for their 15 minutes in the spotlight.

Well maybe these women are telling the truth and maybe they are not. However, one thing for sure regardless of truth or lie they will never work in the industry again. If they are truthful, I admire their courage if they are making up stories I would not want to be them. . I know I will be watching tonight and I reserve my judgment until I see the alleged proof and hear what the women have to say.
As to disclosing in a public forum where they (or worst yet) their mother comes from is plain and simple wrong. Malvi

NBC makes gas tanks in GMC pickups "explode"

CBS used fake documents to smear President Bush

Reuters uses Photoshop to make Lebanon look worse than it does....

So pardon me if I don't take everything that comes out of network news as truth.

Good point Dime.  What would be the benefit?  Wonder how many folks out there weighing in for this forum were actually in any of the State Farm offices?  Anyone witness something like this????  Doubt it.  This is total B.S.!!  I can gaurantee you this would never happen in the world of business we live in today.

Also, anyone notice the smiles and COATS they were wearing in the middle of summer?  Somebody's paying these two bimbos.

Engineers are much like adjusters in that there are good ones, bad ones, experienced ones and those with little experience. If you are the adjuster, supervisor or claim manager and you receive an engineer's report saying that all of the damage to a given structure was caused by wind, when you know that the area was heavily damaged by tidal surge, do you not have the right to ask for a peer review and a revised report if the findings are determined to be erroneous? I suspect this is the massive fraud these two adjusters witnessed.

They are going to make millions as experts wittness. Seems if what they are saying is true, they could care less if they ever climb another roof again. So if you saw something how much is worth?? These ladies wil never have to work, (other than testify) another day in their life. This is going to generate a lawsuit on ever SF claim that had a engineer report. Gee we all know HAGG, they never lie.

Dimechimes, the name of the poster follows the posts.  A lot of us remember Mr. Poe!!!!  He made several posts on the forum some time back.  If I recall correctly, he used various different names during that time.  Could he be under the impression that "Cletus" is a real person.  How laughable.

In 2004, Mr. Poe referred to himself as "reconstruction specialist".  He has also referred to himself as "general reconstruction specialist".  If you want to know more, go to the forum archives and search "Reconstruction Man" and "thedrp5", two of the names he has used on this forum.

The two princesses were Renfroe supervisors. They used to be very tight when it came to paying claims......that is until their step daddy's house was slapped  by Katrina and suddenly they wanted "the best adjuster available" to go out and stretch the wind claim. They were paid $250,000 for flood on a $1.7 million house. The adjuster wrote an honest claim for the wind damage which didn't cover the total loss.  So now this.

The shredding operation you will hear about tonight is common at all insurance offices. You shred documents so claim information doesn't wind up in the hands of dumpster divers.

Niiiice! Thanks for the update. Love to see SF nail these chicks for the bad publicity this will create.

Typical.

Live on the water without flood insurance and then yell when you get flooded. If I lived in the cone of Mt Vesuvius I'd buy me some volcano insurance!

The insured that rec'd multiple engineering reports with the final one stating water is pretty damning if true. This doesn't surprise me one bit - kind of like how the Xactotal reports were "not under any circumstances to be uploaded to SF's central server" - can't provide to opposing counsel what you don't "have". Especially like the absence of a SF rep and the "I don't know the facts - but [SF] didn't cheat anyone" from the lone Miss. lawyer. Unbelievable.
