Introducing the Formulation of
NATIONAL INSURANCE ADJUSTERS ASSOCIATION, Inc. Ò

Seeing the need for an association for the Adjusters and all who have interest in the Claims adjusting Business, I have founded, formulated and coordinated the formation of NIAA. Ò
Focused on the needs of the Claims Adjusting business. Some of Our immediate focuses, without Prejudice or discrimination
· Association endorsements of Better and a more qualified and comprehensive initial Training for New Adjusters, And Continuing Education, To Form a more Professional and qualified Industry.
· Qualify Adjusters based on Level of Experience, and Provide recommendations to overall better equip the individual adjuster.
· Provide a level of confidence between members and Carriers/Vendors/State Regulators.
· Make available to all educational, and techniques of the industry.
· Ensure a more qualified and Industrious Adjuster via Qualifications, and utilization of Designations of the Associations.
· Create and maintain a code of Ethics to all involved in the Adjusting Industry.
· Be an industry watchdog for Illegal and or/immoral acts of anyone violating the Laws, ethics of the Industry. Including No Paying or Unscrupulous Vendors.
· Provide E&O, Health, and Life Insurance to members.
· Have a voice in issues that affect us all via lobbying efforts and a unified voice of the Industry.
· Create and Maintain Regional Associations, with close ties and cooperation of a nationwide Association.
· Work with Insurance Commissioners to create and maintain Healthy Laws against unscrupulous and non paying vendors, carriers, contractors, and carriers, and by the same token Association Endorsement of those who have a standard of ethics, and a code of honor and commitment to those involved in the Claims adjusting industry.
· Create and Maintain Strategic alliances with certain companies and or associations to enhance professionalism and ethics.
· Work closely & Create and maintain Certifications from Main and endorsed Vendors, and Endorsed carriers to Gain their Certifications via Association Endorsed Certification Classes.
Of course these are JUST SOME, and this is YOUR ASSOCIATION. And is BY NO MEANS a click or a formation to SHOVE or PUSH anyone in the Industry. This is FOR YOU. YOU SPOKE, WE LISTENED!

Intern Membership $150.00 annually
(Reserved for those with one year or LESS experience, and more than 120 Hours Field Scope, and Estimate Experience) Voting Member, and Full Designation and membership
MEMBERSHIP $250.00 annually
Reserved for those who are licensed and has actively worked as an adjuster excess of 12 months. Voting membership
ASSOCIATED MEMBERSHIP $500.00 annually
Reserved for all Vendors, Carriers, Contractors, Governmental Agencies, Public Adjusters, and those who Profit from Our efforts. NON-VOTING
