There is no Member Details given by atheistadjuster.  Putting together what has been given I would believe this person is an adjuster that is an atheist and a democrat.  I believe this post was to see what reactions it would get and for no other purpose as I cannot beleive this was a serious post.  I would like for atheistadjuster to at least give their name and what state holds their license.

Hey, someone talk more about what sort of training/license is needed to become a Home Inspector.  You work for title companies and real estate agents, right?

In forum speak 'atheistadjuster' is what is known as a troll.  The only way to silence and get rid of trolls is to not respond or react to their posts.  These trolls haunt forums everywhere.

Yea I got one also. Heck I did not know I was even trained to do that, but if the great state of Texas says I am. Guess I am. How about reciprocity with the other 49 states?

Its not luck at all. The state of Texas looked at our license and concluded we are smarter and better trained than we thought we were. I guess another license bill for $50.00 will arrive soon.

But I will not remit the $50.00 if it applies to everone with a Texas Adjusters License, heck what good will it do?
The market place has thousands of Texas Adjusters license now.

Big white four door truck with ladder? There's got to be a Texas plate on the back and an adjuster behind the wheel. I win that bet 8 out of 10.

Car dealers can only do cars, motorcyle dealers motorcycles, mobilehome dealers mobile homes, trailer dealers trailers. We are licensed to do it all. They can only charge $40-$300. We get to set up our own fee. I've already set up an add to run in the Dallas Morning News.

Actaully there is a company called CARFAX (http://www.carfax.com/affiliate_program/consumerAffiliateHome.jsp ), that has an affiliate program where people with these Kind Of Licenses for CERTIFIED APPRAISALS, Dont know much about it other than I have a friend who does it for them in south fla, and she does pretty good. She said she looks and appraises about 5 - 7 cars per day.

Hope this helps everyone withthese licenses.
