OK, looking to do some work on my Church. Basic problem is that it's a multiple story building. The second story has a balcony style deck that is the roof of a couple of rooms on the ground floor. Actually calling it a ground floor is a bit of a misnomer. Since it's on a hill, part of the downstairs is more like a basement, but on the downhill side, it opens up to the parking lot. Anyhow, some of the rooms on the bottom floor are getting water seepage through the walls / floor after heavy rains. Apparently a long standing problem at the church. Anyhow, they've done the french drain thing and many other fixes that have helped some. But one place that's not helping the issue is this large deck (concrete / maybe stucco?) that simply collects water and it runs over the edge and down the side of the stucco building. Looking for ways to drain off water from this deck. Someone said there were gutters attached at one point to this deck. Seems like a good idea. Any thoughts around how to attach these without doing too much damage to the stucco? I've never seen gutters attached direcly to the side of a building like that (there are no eves, etc.). Simply looking for a way to drain the water off of this large deck and not have it draining right down the wall
