The overall intent of this quiz is NOT to test your adjusting skills. It is, however intended to broaden your knowledge of the commercial construction industry. As commercial work is entirely different than residential, attempting to adjust a loss with limited knowledge can cause irreparable harm to many.

Having a working knowledge of, and knowing the correct terminology will allow one to be better prepared to deal with a loss in this type of claim. The answers may differ from yours, as there are many varied descriptions and terms used in the trades. These are based on the writer's opinions.

Only by continual exposure to policies, conditions, and construction will we retain the ability to perform the assigned tasks. Good luck to all, and if you can achieve a score above 70, please post it. If you wish to discuss the test or leave your comments please use the forum located here.
