FC&S (Fire, Casualty & Surety) Bulletins are published in print and CD ROM versions by The National Underwriter Company. Check their website for ordering information and pricing at: http://www.nuco.com/nucatalog/dept.asp?dept%5Fid=1008&mscssid
They can be purchased for either personal lines, commercial lines, or the complete service. I personally recommend the complete service on CD ROM.
Annual price for FC&S personal lines is $295.00
Annual price for FC&S commercial lines is $320.00
Annual price for the FC&S complete service is $425.00
