"Its now or never" was the title to a song that I dearly love. The same holds true for our planned 03 convention. Many are willing to give of their time, (myself included), to help others. This particular convention is extemely important to all who are within the adjusting or insurance community. Times are changing and we all need to be prepared for those upcoming times. The CADO community needs to re-unite itself, get to know each other, help each other, and become aware of changing definitions within the insurance community. I am 63 years old and have no problem finding work when I want to. Was that a gift to me, no sir, I worked hard, learned everything possible, and take pride in my product and attitude.
I challenge all you professed professional adjusters to attend CADO. If this one succeeds, as I know it will, it will be a bright beginning of something to come. Action speaks louder than words and this convention requires action NOW. See you there. I will be the 6'4" 240#, bald headed dude with a very positive attitude about myself and life. I will be the one who loves his wife to no end and admires her very professional adjusting career. Janice cannot attend due to other committments, but I will be there with bells on.
