We had hail in Alabama last night, some reports of golfball size and some nickle size, no reports of damage yet. We had two tornados touch down, one on each side of my place, not in a populated area. Two roofs gone, other than that, I didn't hear of more damage. If I get more info I'll pass it on. More problems due tonight, my guess. We will have another cycle next week. These storms are likely to run through April. This is normal spring time weather for the SE, a weekly cycle that keeps you guessing. |

One vendor sent 5 independents to Alexandria, Louisiana for homeowners claims. There is also an auto cat there. |

the hail storms are going to start south mid region of the united states and probably move their way up the east coast. I would love to see Kansas City get hammered. That would be big money storm. |

The action seems to be heating up! Maybe the hail season will be intense and long this year. We can all certainly hope it is. Good luck all. |

Yeeaaah! Bring that hail on baby! I cant wait to see how much money we lose next year! We should get a board and sell squares for $25 a pop! We will make a range starting at 2 billion!
Who wants to buy the first square!

Looks like the weather is getting active. Time to get the truck loaded and ready. Looking forward to seeing some of you out there. Ill is getting a little action now as well as Mo. I still think Kansas will be the money storms this year. |

There is a front that will form about 50 miles North and 50 miles South of Memphis tomorrow 4/5/03 which will head East. It could develope into some tornados and hail. The pressure has already dropped here and the dew point was within 4 degrees of the high today. This is a maybe and I have no idea of how unstable that air mass will be. Our tornado tracks have been strange this year. |

I just got off the phone with a friend who said he was supposed to fly from New Orleans to Indianapolis but was delayed 6 hours because 40 planes were damaged by hail in Dallas. I saw that there were several reports of larg hail in Plano and Richardson. Does anyone know about hail near DFW or Love field? |

Kile from what I understand there was softball, baseball, and golfball sized hail from north of Abiline to the Louisana state line. sounds like it will be a major event, I was put on stand by this morning. Will know more tomorrow. |

I was also put on stand-by for the TX storms in DFW. My brother lives just W of FW and said it was a SOB of a storm. 15 miles by 50-75 miles long through north side of DFW with hail up to 4" and wind up to 60-70 mph. |

Kile: Richardson, Plano hit hard with 2.75 - 4.00 hail. Rockwall, east of dallas hit with 4.50 hail. This is a major event and should supply work for many adjusters. The storm went through the metroplex and on to Louisiana, unknows damage east of metroplex at this time. Y'all pack your bags. |
