    Hi,
I'm thinking about becopming becoming a CAT adjuster and I'm trying to learn about the industry. I have some questions to ask about correct expectations that I should have about the industry.

I was told that the average deployment for CAT claims is 3 to 4 weeks long and I can expect a total profit after all expenses to be $15-$20k on average. Does this seem accurate or not?

From what I've heard it seems like it can be difficult to get deployed when you have no experiance. On average how long does it take people to get theire first deployment after you get all the certs and training? Also, what kind of expectation should I have for a timeline to make a full time living off of CAT adjusting after I get all my certs and training? By a full time living I mean something in the area of making at least around $40k a year.
