NFIP Residential Condominium Building Association Policy (RCBAP)

"This policy covers only a residential condominium building in a regular program community. If the community reverts to emergency program status during the policy term and remains as an emergency program community at time of renewal, this policy cannot be renewed."  From the policy, a link to the online policy is provided below and we have also provided the pdf as a download.
