Not familiar with pathways, but I do know this:

If the water got in under the dashboard, total the sucker. If you don't, the electrical problems that will develop over the next year or so will make you wish you had.

Automobile policies do not cover "flood" per se, flood coverage for a vehicle is included in the "comprehensive" coverage.

And Steve is right, most automobile computers are in the dash and dirty water in a powered up computer usually totals it. Then corrosion from the water, especially salt water damages every sensor and connection.

What Chuck & Steve said....flood is comp.  Now, it's been a few years since I did auto, but I did use Pathways, CCC, and another program I can't specifically recall.  But whether it's fire, water, whatall, the program....a heavy water loss is gonna total most vehicles if not today then a few weeks down the road when more and more problems arise.

Look closer, R&I seats, carpet, console, trunk trim if affected, replace jute 1-2hr + $50. If high end veh, carpet & pad may be bonded, then carpet may need to be replaced. Clean and grease electrical connections .5 ea, give dry time. Depending on who and where you are working will determine what is allowed. Email me if you need further help. PM me and I'll send you email address.
