This is not intended for adjusters on dwellings only. I will re-produce a file on a CD I worked in Houston in June 2008 on a tilt wall  warehouse collapse of a roof section. I was requested to write the coverage opinion, the reservation of rights, get buildings history, engage the engineer for old and new reports. The loss was over #$300,000. The file is a good example of a loss assigned to an experienced Executive General adjuster. The CD will have all the pages of the policy and the investigation file a complete copy of the file with a copy of the check delivered about 90 days later. All the proprietary info will be covered or blacked .

Most of the closing file will be manuscript Statement of Loss, etc. Well over 100 pages total in the file and I will insert comments and summary of long phone conversations. I will sell the disk to commercial adjusters and adjusters trying to break into commercials losses for $75.00.

This was brought up by Medulus on the CP policy a week or so back. This is a classic example of collapse as a peril excluded in the front section of the policy, and covered in the latter pages ( disclosed coverage found by all the facts of the cause of the collapse). ( The output policy has much of the CP forms language). ( This was my first output loss policy form loss) . I will not go to this trouble unless I can sell 15 copies of the disk. Please reply by email.

I did not get any takers for $75.00. I will cut the price to $25.00 if I can get 20 emails to buy. before I cut the CD,s.
