Allied American USA is seeking an experienced Commercial / Large Loss Quality Assurance (QA) File Reviewer
interested in a full-time, remote position joining to join our File Review Team!

The Quality Assurance (QA) File Reviewer is essential in verifying that the reports submitted by our property field adjusters align with the rigorous standards of Allied American USA. This role involves a comprehensive examination of the reports and estimates returned by property field adjusters to ensure their accuracy, compliance with carrier and Department of Insurance requirements, and conformity to the guidelines set by Allied American USA. The position demands meticulous attention to detail, a deep understanding of insurance claims processes, and the ability to offer helpful feedback to property field adjusters, thereby guaranteeing that current and future report and estimate submissions are free of errors, complete, and meet all the requirements set forth by the carrier, state-specific Department of Insurance, and Allied American USA. Acting as the final checkpoint before claims are finalized and reports are forwarded to insurance carriers, the QA File Reviewer maintains a pivotal role in ensuring that the end product reflects the high service and quality standards of Allied American USA.

The QA File Reviewer that we are seeking should have a minimum of the below requirements.

• Florida Adjuster License with Active Self-Appointment
• Multi-State Licensing is a plus, especially New York and California
• Experience with Lloyds of London carriers is mandatory
• 5+ years of Property File Review experience
• Multiple years of Commercial / Large Loss QA File Reviewer experience
• Prior Property Field Adjusting experience is highly preferred
• Profound knowledge of estimating residential and commercial properties using Xactimate, including collaborations
• Ability to work Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm ET
