!0/4 Ray, This is how we adjusted as well, Good old fashioned estimating, Contractor estimates, etc. However some of the internatinal companies utilize a modified edition of XM8. I have heard that there is a system utilized in the UK modified for Spanish utilization. Anyway I appreciate it Ray, Be safe and have a good one.

Ray and Roy,  Worked the Caribbean for Lloyds on government buildings.  I did not use any estimating software. Just a worksheet in Excel, using input data they provided,  with reports in Word.  I would save the report to a disc then send to Lloyds who could covert the data into Spanish or French depending on the island province.
