I was wondering if anyone has any ideas on making my photo sheets I am making them in MS Word now but it is a real pain in the but. You have to resize every photo and it is a nightmare to label. Sometimes I&160;have to do seen investigations where you don't use Pathways or Xactimate.
Any Suggestions

Windows 10 is being pushed out for us to use but has anyone tried it or will it work with Xactimate, Simsol, or Symbility I presently pondering installing since I will be purchasing a new computer this fall.

&160;I am trying to get feedback on Web Based Claim Management Systems to try and figure out the best one. &160;I am taking demo's of several, but I am &160;sure there are lots out there I am not aware of.
I am do not do CAT work and dont need system built primarliy for CAT adjusters (I am in Canada).
Most of our work is Property & Liability, but will most likely also do auto in the near future.

Does anyone have info on software available to convert a digital recording to a text file or document in WORD style document I use an Olympus WS-100 digital recorder that has a USB connector that allows for easy transfer of the recording to laptop. The problem is doing the conversion of the recording to a text document is so time consuming.

I guess in a way im just venting but has anyone made the switch from Xactimate to Simsol
I learned on Xactimate and from the beginning was always impressed by how the program works. This has made me want to learn more over the years and I have now become pretty good at using it. I know MANY codes for line items and can whip estimates out in a hurry. Complex roofs I can sketch and estimate them no problem.

I'm relatively new to this forum, just been lurking for a while. I'm curious to get some opinions and feedback on an idea for online training. For those of you who have been using PicPal you know its power and speed.
I have now integrated a portion of the Macronote software so that you can create macros of labels that you like to use with pictures such as 'This is a photo of wind damage to the 20 year roofing', etc. and assign them to hot keys.
It also now allows you to choose to print up to 4 pictures per page into a PDF file.

I am looking for a simple, inexpensive desktop program that will allow me to set up everything under one roof: Create a file, store reports, Xactimate pdfs, instructions, and maybe have some other bells and whistles. Anyone using anything like that
What I have now are desktop folders with everything randomly put in there. I am storing them in a menued on-line system at this time.
