All of the below questions apply to the last addition of the HO-3

1. How many people in the industry think you work for both the insured and the company ?

2. think RCC means if its very old and hard to repair, you should total the roof, because you have RCC?

3. think RCC means new for old?

4. If you have RCC you should pay for a mismatch in texture or color, IF you can not find LKQ ?

5. Thinks the pair and set clause apply's to paint on the wall, wallpaper, floor covering ?

6. thinks the pair and set clause apply's to a suite of furniture or a suite of clothing?

7.thinks the hold back should be paid up front on very severe losses, before the repairs begin ?

8. thinks the gasoline, lodging, food, laundry and so forth should be reimbursed to leave an area with a hurricane watch ?

9. tells the insured and contractor that x-mate estimates are always fair if the adjuster is qualified.

10. thinks that a Texas adjusters license, a three day x-mate school, and a xyz ins. co. certification will be enough training to get through a cat 4 hurricane and not have most of your files rejected ?

Answers: All of the above questions should be answered NO, as thats the only correct answer...
