Hi so I am having an issue with O & P paying correctly. Both are set at 10, but the file is paying out as OVERHEAD 8.26 & PROFIT 9.09. Can anyone suggest how to show proper payouts

How do you setup the Function Keys to fill in information in XM8 27 I was looking for a way to use the function keys to label my photos. F1 for Front Elevation, F2 for Right Elevation, etc. I've seen it done, but the adjuster who had it setup had someone else set it up for him. So, he wasn't able to show me how to set it up on my computer. I know this can be done, but just need to know how to do it.

Hey ya'll, I'm a newbie to this website, but not a newbie to Xactimate. However, I am trying to increase efficiency with the reports I do on a day to day basis, and I've never figured out how to get a document of just my sketch, with all of the measurements showing (sometimes, if its over 20-25 squares, the measurements get lost) and the 3-d images showing Is there an easy way to do this Currently, I just use snagit and snag every aspect of the sketch that I need and throw it...

Xactimate came out with the 27.5 update. Wow, what a mess. Just to name two major flaws, nowhere to put the IA file The summary page no loners gives you the figures that the material tax and O&P are being calculated upon Called several times, and only advised they are aware of the problem!! Hi,
So our company is looking at using Xactimate so we all installed Xactimate 27, however my computer is the only one that it will not install on. In the installer it gets to 'Setup Database' when configuring and completely stops. I have no idea why as all the other ones installed quickly and with no troubles. I have a feeling it has something to do with Microsoft SQL...but I don't know much beyond that. If anyone can help me out that would be greatly appreciated as I believe I will b...

I have a Citizens DP3 policy which is ACV. When I put in the parameterize that it's ACV of course I get the non recoverable depreciation on the final numbers. MY team lead says I need to take out the wording Non recoverable and make it recoverable. I change it to an RCV policy to show the depreciation, but I then get this residual deductible showing on the final. The insured's damages are under their deductible. Is there anyway around this Am I doing something wrong please help.

I just renewed the 27 demo so I can be up to snuff if storm hits. They informed me it would be the only time they could renew the 27 demo. After this they want me to subscribe and pay for it. Xactimate is getting to tight fisted w/ their service.I think this could upset people .I guess Xactimate thinks they have the market tied up so they can make the rules to fit their fancy.

Im trying to sketch a half wall 4 feet tall from the ground with a tile counter top sitting on the wall (like a bar area from the kitchen to dining room). I also need to be able to put dry wall on both sides of the wall. Any help will be appreciated.

I'm on Xactimate 27.3.
I am trying to import the Geo Estimator roof measurments into this project. I am a contractor. I&160;create a new project named ERIC. I'm on the projects page when you first open up Xactimate. I&160;click on Eric, then on the right there is the following:
-Open
-Add
-Rename
-Delete
-Options

&160;Hello, I'm in the middle of closing a claim on Xactimate and after I changed the status to completed I went into Print Or E-mail reports and the upload button that is usually between Print... and Export is simply not there for me to press. Did I do something wrong Is there a workaround for this Thanks in advance.
