Does anyone or has anyone ever worked for PaRR Inspections? What are they like, is it worth trying to do?

    Hey Allan
It's not exactly adjusting and the money isn't outstanding, but it will get you out in the field and get you some field experience.
I worked with a gal during Katrina/Rita who worked early on with PARR before she came on board with us and she told me there were some hacks involved as they were overwhelmed as far as boots on the ground and made a mess of things,

but making a mess of things during Katrina wasn't limited to PARR as many companies were caught with their pants down from the shear magnatude of those storms and vast area of impacted areas and those hacks were eventually weeded out as in every other company who did cattle call hiring and had to deal with the consequences of dropping their standards to put boots on the ground

They are a Federal Contractor with FEMA and my understanding is they do alot of initial assesments( not adjusting) and  gauge the scope of assistance necessary, but anything more hopefully can be addressed from someone with direct experience as my info is second hand from someone who used to work there!
