    We did a survey of our users a short while ago and a number of adjusters referenced a program called PHOTO ADJUSTER.  I can not seem to locate them at www.photoadjuster.com.  Anyone know where they can be located?

    I used PhotoAdjuster and can attest to its value, but I haven't looked for it for a while.

    John,

    I also tried www.photoadjuster.com with no luck.

    At one time that site must have been working, but evidently it no longer works.

    I did see the following reference, which appears to be what you are looking for. However, I had no luck with that site either.

    "...May 10, 2007 ... The Multi-Purpose Photo Adjuster Frame effect was created by Persidio in Filter Forge, a Photoshop plug-in...."

    I had no luck finding Persidio, but I did find a reference to Filter Forge. Good Luck!
