Job Title: Insurance Field Adjuster (1099)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Field Adjuster to join our team in Texas. This role involves handling property claims in the field, conducting inspections, and ensuring fair and timely claim adjustment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple claims.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and evaluate property damage for insurance claims in assigned areas.

• Review policy coverage, investigate claims, and determine appropriate settlements.

• Prepare detailed estimates and reports using Xactimate.

• Communicate with policyholders, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clarity throughout the claims process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in claims adjusting or a related role.

• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, property damage assessment, and state regulations.

• Proficient in Xactimate estimating software.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Ability to analyze information and make sound, informed decisions.

• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple assignments.

• Active adjusting license (as required by the state).
