Fidelity Claims Inc. handles daily claims business and provides support to our catastrophe team. We have dedicated adjusters who handle daily claim losses from their satellite office locations. These adjusters are responsible for inspecting, estimating and reporting on daily claims assigned to their office as well as provide supervisory and file review support functions from their satellite offices during catastrophes. We cover TX, OK, CO, AL, AR, LA, MO, KY, AZ, IN, SC , TN, MS, FL, NM, WA , ID, OR , UT & GA.
