We will be phasing out the other forum ASAP. It will become an archive and most of the posts will remain at that location.

All new topics should be posted in this forum, the forum where this meesage is located.

In order to post in this forum you will need to reset your password. You can reset your password by clicking on the "Login" link and then clicking on "Forgot Password". Please also take a few minutes to update your profile.

Thanks,

Roy

Roy, this is going to take some getting used to. I am having a hard time navigating this. for example... where is the active posts? where is home? How do I reset my password to something I will remember?

I agree Todd, it will take some getting use to.

Changing Password: Click on the "My Profile" Link and right beside the login you will see a link to change the password. The current password is needed.

Active Post, this is handled differently in this forum. At the bottom of the "Forum Homepage" you will notice a link titled "Most Active Topics" clicking this will take you to a page with a drop down and allow to choose your display. Right now most topics are active because of the updates.

Navigation, I will work on the navigation. Right clicking the CADO icon will take you to the home page of the site.

Roy, each time I go to the new Forum I have to log in. This was not the case in the old Forum. Will this change, or will I continue to be required to log in each time?

Thanks Roy! I should have known that. I guess the sun down here in South Florida has baked my brain.

After viewing this tread I think I have the jest of how things now work. Like Janice I was really lost initially and very business so I decided to wait for a quieter time like today. Keep up the good work Roy. CADO is moving ahead and I am sure your selection for new forum software will serve well as the engine to power CADO into its bright future. Thanks Roy!

Wow, it took me 4 years and I was still just learning how to use the other one. Old dogs and new tricks I guess.

One of the features I believe that will help find your way around is the "My Forum" page, http://www.catadjuster.org/forum/mypage.asp on this page you will find things like a Inbox.

To check your Private Messages you can use any of the following links;
"My Inbox" http://www.catadjuster.org/forum/pm.asp
"My Profile" http://www.catadjuster.org/forum/editprofile.asp
"My Forum" http://www.catadjuster.org/forum/mypage.asp

Sorry about the changes guys, give this forum a chance and I believe (hope) you like it.

Roy,
I have tried to reset our p/w but am getting no response to my confirmation of request, when I put the conf. code in the site states that the email may or may not have been confirmed and we have not rec'd the email w/ p/w after several attempts. Also, whenever I try the links you posted above I get this message "Either the feature is disabled, or you do not have sufficient permission." probably because I'm not logged in. Thanks, Randy and Lisa Adair

Roy:
Is there a setting that will allow me to go to the END of a particular thread? When I enter the Forum using (Today's Posts) and then select a thread that has multiple pages I am always presented with the first not the last page of the thread. The old forum had the format of Pages 2,3,4,5 etc. which were selectable, is this available here? THANKS.

On the "Today's Post" page you can click on to go to the last post and last page.

I like this new format. I mainly like that now the most recent post is the first one you see. Thanks for the update.

TxCatMan, I checked and it looks like you did not complete the registration process. Anemail is sent to the email address provided during registration that contains additional instructions that must be followed before you can use the account. The following users have the same problem. I have resent the confirmation email please review the email. If you still have problems let me know.
