Status: offline 		Who besides me has not been paid from work performed after Katrina and Rita?  I worked in the N.O. area for a smaller outfit out of Texas (B.C.) and have only been paid about 50% of what I submitted!  They are one of those that pay the adjuster only after they receive payment from the inusrance company.  Here is the problem, from what I am being told.  One insurance company got their accounting screwed up and this has resulted in the Adjusters not getting paid while the other ones just aren't paying anybody.  Does anyone know the statute of limitations on persuing these unpaid claims?  The insurance companies can't just NOT PAY, can they?

Any advice on how to collect would be appreciated.

Status: offline 		(C) all  of your work with the Fed.  Then sue the carrier, the agent, the insured, the IA firm and anyone that profited from your work.

Look all over the CADO site for this repetitive answer to the same question.
