Once and awhile I receive email from users that have forgotten their password or login. While I do not mind sending them to the visitor it would be quicker for the visitor to use the tools we provide.
We provide a easy way to retrieve your login information, this includes both your password and username. All you need is your email address.
The link to recover your account information can be found on the login page. I have also listed below.

Step 1
When you enter your email address in the box provided you will receive an email that contains a confirmation link, for example

We received a request to reset your password on 1/9/2005 11:46:52 AM. In order to
process the request, we need to get your confirmation.
To confirm this request, please click on the following link:
you will see a link here, click it to confirm that you made the request
If you have problem with the above link, you can also
use the following link and then manually input verification
details:

Verification details:
E-mail: Your Email Address
Activation ID: Your Activation ID
After we receive your confirmation, we will mail you a new password right away.
If you did not make such request, simply ignore this message and your
current password will remain intact.

Step 2
When you confirm the request above by either using the link or entering your activation ID you will see a page with the following comments.

Your password has been reset. An e-mail containing your username and the NEW password has also been sent to you.
Please note, your old password will not work from now on.
Step 3
You will receive the following email.
The following is your login and your password:
login: Your username
password: Your new password

Your new password will in the following format.
MKEOJFMRIIC
I suggest that you enter the password using the cut and paste method, it must be entered just like it is listed. If you use the cut and plaste method be sure that you do not include any extra spaces.
Optional Step 4
Change your new password to something easier to remember by going to your profile look for the word Login on the profile page and right beside it you will see a link titled "Change password" click to change the password. You will need the password you received in the above process.
