"Mississippi Insurance Commissioner George Dale announced on March 19 that State Farm, in cooperation with the Mississippi Department of Insurance, has agreed to an accelerated process to reevaluate Hurricane Katrina foundation only claims in Hancock, Harrison and Jackson counties. "
"State Farm will commit a minimum of $50 million to the process, and we have agreed to expand the review beyond the “slab” claims to allow additional State Farm policyholders to request to have their claims reviewed as well. "
