Here we go again, is this another westrunner monster cane into Belize or the Yucatan? Stay tuned. Models so far have the ridge building westward and not allowing the storm to turn. But 6 hours ago most  of the models couldn't find our friend Felix (I will be surpised if he's not named at 11PM). This one could be interesting.

GFS has a major cane into SFL at 15 days. Hmmm

While the models are pretty agreeable to each other, all it will take is a slight wobble and an easterly low pressure system to draw it to the northwest.  I don't think this one will make it to the US.  Although, the models have changed a little since your (stormcrow) last post.

Models, here are some:

If one ever forms a few hundred miles to the north and takes the same angle west then the US east coast will be in its path. Has anyone read of any predicted change in the steering currents this hurricane season. The season seems to be producing major hurricanes as predicted.

I have not heard of any expected changes to the steeriing patterns, except that the ridge should move further north.
