Wonder how many carriers left the state or pulled way back, because of this bad law ?

Good read on Mierzwa:

Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.

As many of you know Florida has a history of knee jerk bad law when it comes to Insurance Claims. Texas went through this in the late 1990 and now have some laws brought on by tort reform cry's that do not resemble justice.

Like medical malpractice with its limit for incompetant, stoned or drunk surgeon's.
