Kim,

You beat me to the punch.  Our new site went live late Friday afternoon and I didn't have a chance to get to the computer until this morning.  Thanks for the positiive comments on the new design of our website.  Our web team spent a great deal of time on getting the right look and feel.  The new site features information on some of our newest developments and new products for insurance carriers and adjusters.

We will be adding more to the site over the next few weeks.

Your new web site looks great John. Your team is to be congratulated on a job very well done. They are to be congratulated on their work on your estimating system also. Too bad Citizens did not realize that your program blows away Xacticrap.

Thanks, Tom,
I enjoyed your last reference to brand X. I have heard disgruntled restoration contractors refer to it as "xactlyright" becuase insurance carriers believe that prices from X should never be questioned. Yours is a hoot. It is just a matter of time before someone sues  a carrier over the standardizaion of pricing that can never be standardized (only monitored and managed). Add to that the concerns of contractors who can't make a living working strictly for any computerized (averaged) database. Market forces should dictate construction costs - computers get you close but it's people that get it right. It is just a matter of time for the pendulum to start back the other way and adjusters will then be allowed to "adjust". At least I hope to see it before I hang up my tape measure (oh, I mean DISTO).

Time will tell but thanks again for the comments.

JP
