Does anyone have any information about how many possible flood claims there will be in Washington and Oregon from the recent flooding? Has anyone been put on standby or deployed?

Both Washington and Oregon only have about 30,000 flood policies. FYI, attached is a chart that breaks down policies by city or county. NFIP Policy statistics

Maybe in January there will be action taken in Washington permitting the flooded home owners to purchase NFIP coverage and post date the policies.
