To add your assignment to the map above just "Login" using the login above. If you are already logged in then click the "Add Information" link above or below the US Map.  

On the next page you will see a map of the US, Name field and a Information field.  Just click on the map were your current assignment is and then add your name.  In the information box tell us a lttle about your assignment, like what kind claims you are working, when your assignment started, who you are working for and any other information you wish to share about the assignment.

When your assignment changes please come back to edit or the delete the current record.
