Alright, I have figured out how to make my NFIP final and ACV POL come out with the right numbers, what a pain in the a$$ this is, how do I print the estimate for just one room seperately?  or can I?  This software, well, it is horribly written for flood claims.

Personally, after filling in the claim info, address and so on, I save the estimate, then "save as" and do a separate estimate for detached structures. If your vendor - carrier wants it all on one estimate, then I suppose you have to "dance with the one that brought ya".

As you enter the repair steps, you can select what "coverage".  It will default to "dwelling" but you can change it to Other Structures, or contents.  There are print options that should enable you to print (or save to PDF) the Other Structure exposure.
