Marc when you say program are you talking about a repair program that you will market to carriers that will revolutionize an element of the insurance restoration industry or are you talking about a new type of software that the masses will use that will revolutionize an element of the insurance restoration industry that you will market to the carriers? It seems that property claims are so infrequent say compared to auto claims or limited in scope say compared to liability claims plus the fact that the property claims department at some major carriers keep reinventing themselves so fast that most elements of the insurance restoration industry just do not seem to catch the attention of the real carriers decision makers in the insurance restoration industry. If the RIO (return on investment) is there then many may to ask why rock the boat? Paying claims and increasing premiums is not a totally bad thing if you are trying to move up in the Forture 500 list especially if everyone is doing it. Not all carriers are a mutual carrier.
