I would like to publicly thank Levine and Friedman for providing a much-needed pubic service through assisting all of us woe-begun adjusters to properly respond to a link which is somewhat nebulous in nature and also for having names that are easily speled.

Wow!  Now the website says they have 42 years experience.  I guess someone quit or got fired.

Quite frankly, I read the home page about the "Revolution" and the page called "About Us".  I didn't understand it.  That's what people often say about my CADO posts, so go figure.  They are either smarter than me or don't care to speak plainly.

Wow!  Now the website says they have 42 years experience.  Either one person with 18 years experience quit or 9 people with 2 years experience got fired.

Quite frankly, I read the home page about the "Revolution" and the page called "About Us".  I didn't understand it.  That's what people often say about my CADO posts, so go figure.  They are either smarter than me or don't care to speak plainly.

Voila!!! the site is up again.  That must be what was meant by "The Revolution"!  Maybe, Steve, someday when those people are our boss they can "splain" it in regular talk.

I am sure some excellant adjusters have years of experience as staff or independant local adjusters or even as storm adjusters, that some of us have never heard about. When a new catastrophe company is looking for new adjusters and have this excellant reputation why dont they give us their bio, their home address, the state they are incorparated in and the principals names.  The bank officer they deal with would be a very big help, also.

Well, now. If they did all that and provided all that information to us, we could make an informed decision.

Now, what good would that be?

Geez!

The next thing you'll be asking for is a pay check that clears!

Janice has met several adjusters working the hail claims here in Ft. Smith and they complained of working for vendors in Katrina that owe them a number of thousands of dollors for work completed, but refuse to pay them.

As independent adjusters it is imperitive that we know who we work for, or we may work for nothing. It seems, as time progresses, there are those with schemes to get adjusters to work, collect the money, then bail out on the people who earned them the money. We as a group need to be able to identify those legitimate vendors and those who wish to suck blood from us.

There has been several efforts to start an adjusters group, but most don't wish to be a part of a group, pronouncing their independacy as being too important. To those who feel being independent is more important than starting a group to represent you, keep your mouths shut. I know that sounds a little mean, but I am tired of getting e-mails from adjusters asking for advice on how to collect their money and they are within that group that thing being independent is more important. You choose to be independent, so don't bother us with your collection problems.

Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.

I have been very blessed through the years in that I have only had to chase down a check one time.

And it was an oversight and the vendor paid promptly when they found their mistake.

Here's who pays ..............

Pilot Catastrophe Services
Pacesetter Claims Service
E.A Renfroe
Continental Staffing (A+)

These nice folks listed have supported me and my family for a long time and I can recommend them without reservation.

Happy Trails
