"Date: May 19, 2025

Pursuant to KRS 304.9-430(14) and 806 KAR 9:030, the Commissioner is allowing temporary registration for unlicensed, emergency adjusters to operate within all Kentucky counties. This follows the tornadoes, wind, and thunderstorms events of May 16 - 17, 2025. Companies seeking to register emergency adjusters must submit a Form 8307 Request for Unlicensed Adjusters to the Department using the eServices portal for approval."
